At the Brinton Firm, we believe that tenants should have safe, habitable, and livable homes. No tenant should ever have to live with mold, rats, roaches, or bedbugs, and no landlord should ever allow tenants to live in substandard conditions. When these issues exist, we are ready to take action on the tenants’ behalf. We don’t represent landlords, and we never charge upfront for our services.
